Hearths

Complement your fireplace with a bespoke hearth. A fixed cost of £250 covers a hearth of up to 1200mm wide, using matching fireplace materials.

For unique designs tailored specifically to your requirements, we provide detailed drawings, specifications, and 3D renders. Please reach out to discuss your ideas.

Production & Delivery Timeline

• All fireplaces are handcrafted to order, with a production time of 4 weeks.
• Once complete, we will arrange delivery, ensuring your fireplace arrives safely and ready for installation.

Delivery Options

• Nationwide Shipping (UK): If you’re outside our local installation area, we will ship your fireplace fully prepared for installation, along with guidance to assist your installer.
• Local Delivery & Installation (Stamford, UK & Surrounding Areas): We offer professional installation for customers within our service area. Our team will coordinate delivery and fitting at a time that suits you. Enter your address at checkout to see if this option is available.

We take great pride in crafting high-quality, handcrafted stone fireplaces. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we operate under the following refund and return policy:

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

• As each fireplace is handmade to your specifications, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once production has started.
• If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase.

Damages & Defects

• We carefully inspect all products before shipping, but if your fireplace arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within as soon as it is delivered.
• To process a claim, email us with clear photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or repair as needed.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Production and sourcing of materials as soon as you're order is processed.
