Production & Delivery Timeline
- All fireplaces are handcrafted to order, with a production time of 4 weeks.
- Once complete, we will arrange delivery, ensuring your fireplace arrives safely and ready for installation.
Delivery Options
- Nationwide Shipping (UK): If you’re outside our local installation area, we will ship your fireplace fully prepared for installation, along with guidance to assist your installer.
- Local Delivery & Installation (Stamford, UK & Surrounding Areas): We offer professional installation for customers within our service area, roughly a 50 mile radius around Stamford.

We take great pride in crafting high-quality, handcrafted stone fireplaces. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we operate under the following refund and return policy:
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
- As each fireplace is handmade to your specifications, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once production has started.
- If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase.
Damages & Defects
- We carefully inspect all products before shipping, but if your fireplace arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within as soon as it is delivered.
- To process a claim, email us with clear photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or repair as needed.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Production and sourcing of materials begins as soon as you're order is processed.
